Espejos

"Espejos" is a series of artistic works that explore the concept of concentration and selective perception in the visual experience. The name, "Espejos" (Mirrors), directly reflects the essence of this unique and challenging proposal.

Each piece in this series challenges viewers to make a conscious choice. The image itself and its reflection in a mirror occupy the same space, yet they cannot be appreciated simultaneously. Instead of encompassing both elements at once, the viewer is compelled to focus exclusively on one of them at a time. This dichotomy invites deep reflection on how we perceive and process visual information.

Ultimately, "Espejos" seeks to question how we perceive the world around us and how our focus choices can influence our understanding of reality. This artwork invites viewers to explore the relationship between concentration and perception, revealing the depth and complexity of our visual and cognitive capacity.
